|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.Then click on 'NEXT'

1.We accept most Credit/Debit cards, via PayPal.
Please Note: If you are ordering outside of the UK, all our prices are in British Pounds sterling. Your credit card provider will convert your purchase to the currency of your country, on your banks credit card statement.
1. PAYING BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD:
After you have place your order, your debit/credit details are securely handled by Paypal, one of the internets leading debit/credit card processing companies. Paypal protects your financial information with industry leading security, with 128 bit encrypted secure payment transaction and fraud prevention systems. When you use Paypal your financial information is Not shared with our company-Humber Music. Once your payments are completed Paypal will email you a receipt for your transaction. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be emailed to you together with your transaction and order reference number. Your order will be despatched normally within 24-48 hours.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All the retail prices listed for the products are inclusive of VAT.
Our retail prices do not include shipping-delivery charges, this will be added to your order at the checkout. (See Shipping & Delivery)
Humber Music reserves the right to alter the price of our products on our website to reflect any increases in the cost of the manufacturing of products or for reasons beyond our control.
We are not liable for any possible import taxes or duty in your country, on our products despatched out of main land UK. This will be your responsibility.

We can only ship product to an address in the same country where the card holder lives.
Providing products are in stock at the time of your order, (which well over 99% of the time they are),
all orders will be despatched usually within 48 hours after receiving your order.
However we aim to despatch oders as quickly as we possibly can, even during busy times, but they may take a little longer. And we will email you if there are any delays regarding our products.
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been despatched.
Please order earlier than normal if you are purchasing a product for a speacial occasion or for a present (i.e.birthday etc:) please order at least 2 -3 weeks in advance, and we will do out best to make sure it gets despatched to your delivery address in plenty of time.
You will be notified by email if any delays or problems are anticipated with your order.
Delays with your order that may be caused by circumstances betond our control, (e.g.) manufacturing delays with our products, postal disputes, strikes, extremley bad weather, aviation & airline disputes and strikes, disputes with your countries transport, postal & delivery services, customs & imports, and with the laws of your country.
If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time we receive your order, but we are expecting to re-stock within a short time, then we will hold your order, until we are able to despatch your order to you. If an item is out of stock for more than a say 3 working days, we will then email you to advise you on the situation. We will email to notify you that you have the choice to either cancel the order or you dont mind waiting until the product is back in stock and we will email you, approximately when it will be back in stock and then despatched to you.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Paypal. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You do not need an account with Paypal to be able to process your debit/credit card.

Please ensure that you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering or contacting us, as you will receive all confirmations and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER:

Please ensure that our e-mails are not directed to a junk mail or spam folder on your computer.
Humber Music do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Please inspect the product as soon as it has been delivered to you, and if you have received a product that was damaged in transit or a faulty product or any other problem with your order, you must notify us of any problem on our Contact Us page, or email us at:- email@example.com, within 7 days from day of delivery. Please include the ORDER REF: number in your email message. If only the CD case is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
If you wish to return a faulty product to us, we will then give you a Returns reference number, which you must attach to a copy of the original delivery/invoice note that was inside the products packaging, and write the returns reference number on the outside of the packaging. The cost of postage will be the customers responsibility for returning products to us, and obtain a postage receipt as your proof of posting. When we receive the returned product we will inspect it to confirm the problem, and then we will ship-out a replacement with the same product title, or offer a refund for the faulty product. We are unable to refund the postage

CREDIT or REFUND will only be issued after we have inspected the returned product, providing that it is returned to us in the same condition as it was when it was originally sent to you. Any unwanted returned items unless otherwise agreed, will incur a 35% re-stocking fee. We are will be able to offer a refund for the faulty product after inspection. We are unable to refund any postage.
