Please Note: Working days are, Monday - Friday.
We do not despatch orders on Sundays or UK Bank holidays.

We can only ship product to an address in the same country where the card-holder lives.

When you have completed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order and is being processed.
Providing products are in stock at the time of ordering, (which well over 99% of the time they are), all orders will normally be despatched, usually within 2-3 days after receiving your order.
If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, we will update you via email and give you the opportunity to cancel,or if you dont mind waiting.
We will also email you informing you when your order has been despatched.

Please Note:
If you are paying for your order by cheque/postal order, (UK Only),which must be in British pounds sterling, allow an extra 3 -5 working days for your payment to clear with the bank, before we are able to despatch your order. However we aim to despatch orders as quick as we possibly can, even during very busy times, but they may take a little longer.

International Orders
Humber Music is not responsible for any possible import tax duties in your counrty, on our products despatched out of mainland UK. This will be your responsiblity. Contact your local import authority office.

Please Note:
Please order earlier than normal if you are buying a product for a special occasion or present (ie:birthday etc:) please order at least 3-4 weeks in advance, and we will do our very best to make sure it gets despatched and delivered to your delivery address, in plenty of time.

You will be notified by email if any delays or problems are anticipated regarding your order.
Delays with your order that may be caused by circumstances beyond our control, (e.g) manufacturing delays, postal disputes, strikes, extremely bad weather, aviation & airline disputes & strikes, disputes with your countries transport, postal/delivery services, customs imports & import laws of your country.
